Hub One, a subsidiary of Aéroports de Paris, leverages its experience in the airport environment to bring
tailor-made responses to critical and real-time operational needs of large companies and SMEs. The mission of the
Telecom Division is to serve all the needs in fixed and mobile communications of its customers (public services,
businesses, public) while managing constraints specific to airports: high availability 24/24 7/7, minimum response time for critical applications, high volume traffic (93 million passengers and 2 million tons of freight in 2014), emergency communications solutions in case of crisis...
In this context, the management of the Telecom Division at Hub One has chosen to focus its offers on the usages of its clients, while relying on operational excellence which is his trademark. SaMaTransformation accompanied this refocusing on the customer benefit in both the sales and marketing approach, through an overhaul of the offers and the creation of innovative value propositions combining several existing technological building blocks.
